Inspired by @snowcatmoon I attempted peacock pose but I couldn't do it so I tried crow which I haven't attempted in forever and I was able to hold it for like 3 seconds before going too far forward. Longest I've ever held it. Yay me!
Since I reblogged that picture of Ana doing the peacock pose saying that I could -kinda- do them, I figured I’d show my progress with them. I have to do them on some sort of block and I need to keep my legs spread for balance, but hopefully soon I’ll be able to ditch the block and do it prone! Also, dat booty and leg progress.
