People do have a right to pray before football games in Pea Ridge, Arkansas.
They do not (in any way whatsoever) have the right to have the local school board or school broadcast such prayers that reflect their religious beliefs over loudspeakers, anymore then an atheist parent (and there are a few at least in Pea Ridge) has the right to recite excerpts of books by atheist writers like Sam Harris or Richard Dawkins.
