I was sure that they would play girlfriends in My Sweetheart Jom but I keep getting scammed with these side GLs. So far nothing has happened between them or has been hinted any mutual interest. And also I think it would be weird at best if it did happen due to the age difference (Ploy, despite being 32 and older than Pear, plays a high school student in the show).
The last episode was just released today, I will watch it and report back!
