I found myself smiling at my nephew while he struck out on his new gift and giggling with certain sounds and letters, his happiness was contagious and we both were soon laughing and pointing and have fun with this simple and easy product. The Laugh & Learn Computer Learn The system comes complete with a baby-friendly keyboard topper that is placed over a standard keyboard. Your child will have a good time to push and poke all over the big brightly colored buttons. As I sat with my nephew in my lap while he hammered away at the keys we saw all the fun animation, friendly characters, listening to music and sounds that were presented to us as he patted his little heart. After clicking the right button, he was rewarded with some special scenes. Your child will learn all about colors, shapes, numbers and letters and so much more with the software supplied with the Laugh & Learn. What is really nice is the soft comes with Fisher Price calls "Grow-with-me" level in this way your child will not grow on board to play with this program when they have learned everything there is to learn one level. The three "Grow-with-me" levels are: 1. Colors, shapes, greetings, causes and consequences 2. Letters, words, numbers and counting third Following directions, questions and answers, matching and word association Laugh and Learn the system will have your children laughing, learning and interaction all at once. The keyboard is very easy for small hands and fingers, and what is very nice, the keyboard does not need to be put into anything. Put it on the keyboard, put the software on your device and you are ready to join in a minute. Which is a big plus when you have a child who wants everything yesterday. The minimum requirements to run this software is Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP with Windows Vista! As most people know with Vista, a lot of the software we had used was not Vista ready so I found this a big plus when I was able to immediately download it on the new computer. Your processor needs to be at least 750MHz, 256MB RAM and at least 250MB available on your hard drive. Not only will your children have fun playing with this interactive application, but you will when you see your child become aware and start learning from an even earlier age with the computer.
