Kirby's Dream Land

The Peezer enemy has only appeared in the Extra Mode of Kirby's Dream Land, where it replaces the Wizzer enemy. It has not appeared since.

I created a Kirby Copy Ability!! Crab!!

It’s a rework of the Bubble ability from Squeak Squad! And it adds some new crabby things!

Peezer!

This is definitely one of my favorite enemies from the original Kirby’s Dream Land. They’re a funny one-eyed crab that can fire beams from its eye. When not firing beams, they use their big claws to guard themselves, which makes them invulnerable to Kirby’s inhale. Because Peezer only appears in the first game, they’ve never gotten the chance to actually give the Beam ability. But they probably would if they reappeared. And given the Kirby series, it wouldn’t really be all that weird to see this guy show up again. Also, they’re the Extra Game counterpart to Wizzer.

2 kirbtober art that i completely forgot to post

Whoops I forgot to post these!! Finished them a while ago. I think I was waiting to finish more but forgot.

Wanted to play around with different art styles for these.

Anyways… I wanna talk about the day 2 art

It's the dream land 1 enemies that only appeared in that game! I hope some of them return someday, Peezer is my favorite so that's why it's the most prominent. I love this little waddle doo crab thing

Fun fact! Boomer (the one with the boomerang) and Whiskers (the pink cat thing) had a small cameo appearance in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, and Peezer possibly appeared but with a different design (2 eyes for some reason??). Blopper's disguised sprite also got reused in Kirby's Pinball Land as a real cake.
