In Anne, Countess of Rosse's bedroom, the matching suite of highly individual gothic furniture was designed by Mary, Countess of Rosse, in the early nineteenth century, and made and painted by the estate workshops. The cupboards, chests of drawers, four-poster bed and pelmet all display the pinnacle and ropework design.

The Coles wallpaper in the main bedroom was especially designed and printed to echo the delicate pattern on pieces of Angouleme china displayed on the mantelpiece. These pieces were made to commemorate the birth of the Duc d'Angouleme at Versailles; he was later to marry Marie Antoinette's daughter.
