4/13 Pastuck Meetup

I know 4/13 is coming up soon and I would like to do a homestuck meetup.

Is there anyone who goes to pennstate (main campus) and/or is in the state college area that would want to do a homestuck meetup at the Nittany Mall? I know it is a small mall, but it might be fun to hang out/walk around. I would also be willing to order pizza and drinks. It would be a later meetup since I have class till 5:30pm. I was thinking of having it start at 6:30pm and going to 8:30pm.

Homestuck/Cosplay Meet-Up:

Hello everyone! I am really missing meet ups and conventions so I thought I'd bring up the idea of a meet up for Homestucks and cosplayers that live close to my area. I live in PA close to the MD border. Its near Hagerstown, Maryland. I'd love to spend a day at the mall or a local park just cosplaying, eating, playing games, and hanging out. It would probably be mid-August before school starts. Anyone think they'd go?

Saikoucon 2014: Homestuck Cosplayers Needed for Q&A Panel!

Hey Homestucks! On August 22nd I’ll be running “Terezi’s Homestuck Adventure” at Saikoucon 2014. It takes place in Breinigsville, PA at the Holiday Inn Conference Center Lehigh Valley and a large cast of cosplayers are needed!

Note: The panel will be from 3-4 PM!

GENERAL INFO

While hosting the panel as Terezi Pyrope, the other spots that need to be filled are for all the Alterian trolls. The people we will need are:

Nepeta Leijon and Equius Zahhak (Preferably in their normal black shirts attire)

REGULATIONS, RULES, AND THINGS TO KNOW PRE-SUBMISSION

-Submission ends August 15th, and will be on a first come first serve basis

-Submission is via ask box, just shoot me an ask about which character you cosplay, and inform me of interest in being a cast member.

-You must be able to stay in character the whole panel.

-This panel will be rated PG-13.

-The panel will be approximately 30% memorized skits and 70% improv.

-PLEASE be willing to get to know and be communicative with your panelmates before the panel (it makes for a better panel overall; we will likely have a skype group made for the panel)

-All info will be tagged “saikourezi” from here on out

HOW TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS

For the final characters needed (Aradia, Nepeta, Equius, Gamzee), they are via my ask box.

WHAT TO INCLUDE WHEN SUBMITTING

(Things in bold are mandatory)

-When emailing, please put the character/s who you are applying for in the subject title!

-Name (of what you would like to be called while we work together; may also include what preferred pronousn you use here)

-Age

-Tumblr Url (If Applicable)

-Skype ID (If Applicable)

- Actual Method of Audition: Video of you in your cosplay (attached somewhere in the email or as a link to a video host site such as Youtube) OR multiple pictures of said cosplay

-Prior fandom/cosplay experience (Be it watching/hosting/organizing any previous Homestuck panels/meetups/photoshoots, or anything else like that)

-Prior acting experience

-Cosplayer OOC Information that seems interesting or pertinent to include

Guys I need your help!!!!!

Ok so due to circumstances my friend no longer has a hat that she got at setsucon this past year. It was a black fleece hat with the devils trap embroidered on the front. She would love to get another one but cannot find the information for the vendor that made them! The woman was a mother of one of the fellow con goers I think and she also made and sold hats with stuff like the teen titans symbol or zodiac signs! If you could help me find the vendor I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
