Just watched Perception (2012) and y’all, Dr Daniel Pierce is probs a top 10 character of all time for me.

He’s a neuroscience professor, he’s schizophrenic, he’s crime fighting for the FBI, he’s actively hallucinating, he uses a Walkman, he doesn’t trust smartphones, he considers himself undatable, he magnetically attracts hot intelligent women, he’s paranoid, he’s socially anxious, he hides behind his bag, he wears a scarf, he’s sarcastic, and he’s the most pathetic wet cat of a man I ever did see.
