At a GHMumm dinner recently we tasted the same wine out of three glasses. The first was a glass flute, the second a coloured glass with a heavy pewter stem and the third was frosted with a sharp diamond shape stem, and the wines tasted completely different in all three glasses. The heavy stem dulled the aromas while the sharp stem sharpened the acidity. A fantastic exercise in the sensitivity of perception. 🦋I am perfect because of my so called "imperfections", as you are too. I believe things are perfect due to their unique energy signature and physical make up. The way things are formed in nature.. The duality and the bond we all share. The organic energy signature and physical make up of each person is perfect because it is the way it was meant to be. Not many humans are satisfied. The programming received through generations has blurred our ideas of true organic perfection and beauty. Then again perception and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Self love is super important as individuals on this Earth. How you treat yourself will reflect onto how you treat others and how others treat you. Know who you are and know what you want. Go within and heal yourself. Respect yourself and treat yourself. Become the person you know you would look up to. It doesn't matter what people think about you..
