”Emotional challenge”
*emotion is a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.
-according to daniel goleman’s theory there are many ways that can help you to be a better person:
*self-awareness- know yourself ,your weaknesses and strength and make it as a challenge so that you can able to manage your emotion.
*self-management-know some ways to handle it
*empathy-dont judge others physically you must also interact with them and learn to understand them
*motivation-set the things that motivates you;emotionally and mentally
*social skill-communication/interaction is needed
- The things that i’m doing :
*keep calm and cool
*have patience
*be positive always
*hide your anger
*too much expectation can kill you
If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges.
