Today was one of the most productive day of my life. I studied for 8 hours, listened a audiobook, written blog on time, invested time on learning skills, tried some exercises in the morning. This is the very first time, I had studied for 8 hours. It broked my neck and back. I realised today, that it is easy to study but it is very hard to sit on chair and desk. This 8 hours of time period taught me great things which is in learning section.

During my long slots, I felt many times to get up and go outside for a walk but I controlled myself. This impacted on my studies badly because I was loosing my concentration but still trying to forcely indulge myself into studies. This wasted lots of my hours in which I was unproductive and bored. I realised that on that time, even 5 minutes of break can help me regain my lost energy and can full my bank of productivity. This made me realise 'the prominence of breaks' that must be in my schedule. At afternoon, I was feeling extremely weary of studies and I was feeling like to take a nap but I neglected that which also resulted in waste of 1 hours ( In which I was forcely trying to study but actually I was not concentrated).
