•performing was a passion I pursued just by chance. an opportunity presented itself before my eyes a couple years ago to venture into this field and, although I was terrified, nervous, and unsure (I was broke and in need of a job; I had no idea what I was getting myself into. it was a huge risk) almost instantly after starting the job, I knew this was what I wanted to do for as long as I could. i made people smile, cry (sometimes good, sometimes bad), and laugh. it didn't come without problems- no job is perfect- but to see a child's face brighten up, to see the excitement on their faces when they got to meet their fav character, and to see sick children instantly smile (and sometimes cry of happiness.. and cry some more when it was time to go)... it was WORTH it.
