CALLING ALL ARTISTS: KURA for Alpha’a

Carmen Magalhães, Diluída e Mínima

A Kura acredita que a arte é uma das ferramentas para congelar o tempo, junto à Alpha’a criamos um movimento para estimular e promover a performance artística.  Convidamos artistas de diferentes mídias para que através do registro de performances, inéditas ou já apresentadas, possam materializar este sentimento. 

A exposição trará 6 artistas, 2 deles selecionados pela equipe curatorial da KURA e 4 artistas que serão selecionados junto à Alpha’a através da inscrição do trabalho na plataforma. 

Os artistas selecionados ganharão uma “bolsa-residência” no Kaaysá Residency.

Todas as obras devem ser enviadas pelo site da Alpha’a, indicando ‘kura’ como categoría. 

A data limite para envio das obras é no dia 1o de Setembro

Kura believes that art should be a tool to stop time; together with Alpha’a we conceived a movement aiming to stimulate and foster artistic performances. We are inviting artists who work on a variety of different medias to, through new or already exhibited performances, materialize that feeling.

This exhibition will showcase the work of 6 different artists, 2 selected by a curatorial team from KURA and the remaining coming from a open call and submission through Alpha’a’s platform. The selected artists will win a residency scholarship at Kaaysá Residency.
