I had actually fired this a very long time ago (one year ago maybe?) but forgotten to photograph it. It has been thoroughly remedied, as you can see.

It was my first time making so many animals together in one piece. It's also pretty big (for me) (45-50cm in the longest dimension, so 17-ish inches).

The interesting thing there was to try to have some horses with not enough supports to stand, but they'd lean on the others for the whole piece to be stable. I may try to make more airborne-ish flocks later (with some fully airborne! no support but friends!) Anyway. I like it a lot. Also it took forever to make.

Malayan Tapirs 5-6-23

Hell is a place where you have to draw a tapir’s head at ¾ view. 

I didn’t end up drawing any baby tapirs, but it's important for you all to know they have markings like a watermelon.

Horses! I was expecting them to be way darker (both for the dark to be darker, and for there to be more of it). Oh well. Next time. They were intended as a test of mixing different colors of clay, so any result is informative.

Chalicotherium. I wish the chalicotheres had survived to the present day, they would've been absolutely bizarre and amazing beasts.
