The King and the Traveling Witch AU
Sarah woke up in her caravan with a groan, the sun had decided to wake her up today didn’t it? Well, today was the day. Today she was traveling to a new town. Hopefully she could get there before the market opened so she could set up shop. Sarah sat up in her so called “bed”. It was just an old mattress she bought from one of the towns she had visited a few months before.
Sarah got up and got dressed, putting her mattress in a small closet that her caravan came with, it was pretty handy. After putting the blankets away, Sarah jumped out of the caravan to get her horse. She tied him to a tree nearby last night so she could sleep without him running off. She grabbed a spare apple and fed her horse before tying him to the front of the wagon.
Sarah was a traveling witch, making potions, spells, hexes, curses, and she even practiced some alchemy. But for a witch that mostly used black magic, fire magic, and cosmic magic, she knew a thing or two about fighting as well. She had been sent off as a traveling witch after finishing her apprenticeship with a warlock. As soon as she was ready to go, she pulled on the horses reigns, signalling it was time to go, and away they went, off to a kingdom that wasn’t too common for witches to stop by but a witch could be seen passing by every once in awhile.
