My father sent me away the moment I proved myself adept to the Force. He was a small-town scribe, writing letters for people who couldn’t write. I never wanted to be anything else but a scribe, just like him... I hated him for it! And I hated myself for being cursed with the Force, for deserving his contempt. It took me years to understand. We were four brothers and there would never be enough letters to feed four scribes. Father pushed me away to save me... and died before I understood.
