A quick vent piece I made a few days ago amid feeling washed out and hopeless with the constant wave of awful news that spews forth. I am allowed to feel hollow in times like these. I give myself grace when it feels too much. Grace however is not complacency. Being silent and complicit is the worst thing you can do in times like these. So keep fighting to be heard, to be seen. If not for you, then for the people you love. In times like these community is paramount, so find yours and keep eachother safe.
