G. M. Lupo is an author, playwright, and photographer based in Middle Georgia near Perry. He is originally from Atlanta, where he has always had a dysfunctional relationship with his hometown.
Lupo’s play, Another Mother, was the 2017 Winner of The Essential Theatre’s Play Writing award and received its world premiere performance in his home neighborhood of West End in the building that once housed the library where he learned to read as a child.
