I’ll be honest with you...

Hi guys, I haven’t spoken to you all becuase the last 12 months of have been so extreme for me. I’ve moved out of my mother’s house, and I’m no longer on speaking terms with her. She has turned out to be extremely emotionally abusive to me, and I’ve only been aware of this lifetime pattern since May of 2019. My life has completely change. I’ve been learning a lot of life skills that my mother neglected to teach me, and I’ve working hard on improving my mental health.

Becuase of all of this change, I don’t want to be an author anymore. I was previously aspiring to that because it was what I thought my mother wanted for me. Now, I want to explore a career in Autistic advocacy of some kind, and work towards making the world a better place for the Autistic community, which I am a proud member of. If you have been my Autism blog, “Daily Musings of An Anrgy Autistic Woman”, you will know that I have become heavily invested in Autistic rights and the Neurodiversity movement. I’ve been invested in this long before I created my Autism blog. My mother tried to discourage me from advocacy work, because she didn’t see Autistic people as being worthy of equal rights. But now I am not controlled by her anymore, I am goign to pursue it as a career.

After I have posted this update, I will change the name of this blog to “The Firelynx in Bloom”. This will not only mark this blog as an exclusively personal blog, but it will signify my journey towards becoming my true and authentic self. The picture above is what I imagine my true self to look like if it had a physical form.

TL:DR: Because my life has turned upside down in 12 months, I’m not going to be an author anymore. I’m going to be an Autistic advocate, and this blog is now a personal blog.

True freedom comes from within. For when we source a feeling of liberation internally, we cannot be controlled. No external source, structure or system can inhibit our independence.

Nelson Mandela spent much of his life jailed for his beliefs, yet no bars could limit his independence. Fueled by deep passion, his perspectives became the foundation of his fortress. No external force could invade the harmony he felt within. He was always free man.

We live in an era when fear is being used strategically in an attempt to control society. This is nothing new, yet the pervasive effects of this mechanism of control has become cancerous. The symptoms of this epidemic are the fodder for a socialized media regime where we ourselves expel more fear into the mass consciousness. The dis-ease has lead us to commit extreme acts of violence to ourselves and others en masse. We are rapidly approaching an end game scenario of unparalleled global proportions. This is the end of an era.

We are fed up with these systems that no longer serve us. An elite few control all the resources and require us to earn access to them. Its as if we must earn our right to inhabit Earth. Despite the illusion we perceive as reality, this is not right and just. Life is a gift afforded to all that inhabit our planet. More so, we deserve to live in harmony. This is the natural order.

Fortunately, in the face of all this, a new consciousness is emerging. Sourced in love, our innate wisdom is calling us to transform. As the unifying aspects of love destabilize the separation associated with fear, new organizational systems based upon collaboration are beginning to thrive. The most evolved of these systems are open, self-managed networks that distribute power amongst all participants. As these systems continue to thrive, control-based hierarchical systems become powerless.

As these new systems gain power, the most important thing we can do today is to connect with our passion and construct lives that flow from it. For when we do, we inspire others to do the same. Imagine this rippling out into the world, such that we all live passion-infused lives. The experience will be peace on Earth. This assumes that pure passion can only produce positivity and joy rather than pain and suffering. Even more, when we connect with our passion, we begin to liberate ourselves from a control-based paradigm. We claim our personal independence. This in itself has the power to recalibrate how we interact with the world, dismantling the forceful grip our control-based structures maintain over us.

So on this day representative of collective independence for many, may we all explore our personal independence. Let us all actively pursue lives we love. And may we all share these passions with others. May peace on Earth shine bright.
