Becky, if C!Orchid were younger than 18 and in an orphanage, would C!Becky adopt them in her mind first and then actually adopt them? (This could also be said for C!Brick if borrowers were known and welcomed into society)
Well c!beckyu is canonically 20. Since c!beckyu meets c!orchid in the cafe she works at, she adopts her as family in her mind when she keeps coming back as they build a relationship. She doesn’t know c!orchid is an orphan since that’s too personal to ask but later discovers this.
She probably wouldn’t immediately be like: imma adopt you but if c!orchid was in a bad situation (which I’m guessing they are and the orphanage is horrible) I’d say after a bad incident, c!beckyu would offer to adopt her.
She’d be more like her little sister but legally, she’d be her daughter. The same applies for c!Brick. The age gap is just a little close but if c!orchid we’re to call c!beckyu mum, she wouldn’t be upset.
But yeah at some point her bird instincts would say: bring home to nest.
