This week we've got important things to get done, which means we need to be well enough to do them. Put your shields up. Whether it's energetic/magical (sigils, wards, etc.) or more practical (taking your meds and vitamins, self-defense practices, etc.), do what you need to do to protect your wellness. If your wellness isn't protected, the harder it will be to do what needs doing. Protect yourself and you protect the work.
