Why do we exercise and how do we prioritise our training? I like to think of three reasons to exercise, and put them in order of importance. Mine are; 1) Performance - I want to perform at the best of my ability. 2) Health - I want to improve my way of living and prolong my life. 3) Vanity - I want feel confident and comfortable in my body. Everyone will have their own reasons to exercise and their own priorities. Spend more time on what is important to you.
