Fibularis (peroneus) longus 1. Towel bunching - Place a towel in front of a chair - Sit on the chair and place your foot flat on the towel - Grip the towel by using your toes and pull the towel towards your heel - Spread the towel back out - Repeat the exercise a few times and on the other foot. 2. Seated Calf Raise - Place your feet flat on the floor with your knees bent, while sitting on a chair. - Lift your heels off the floor while keeping your toes on the floor - Hold this position and squeeze your calf muscles for approximately 4 seconds. - Relax your legs and repeat steps again. 3. Barefoot walking/running - Check your space before you start. Make sure there are no obstructions on the floor (such as glass, rocks, etc.) - Walk/run barefoot for approximately 7 minutes a few times a week. 4. Resistance band – Plantar flexion - Sit on a chair and place the resistance band under your toes - Move your toes into the resistance band. - Hold for approximately 5 seconds - Repeat the exercise a few times and on the other foot. 5. Calf Raises - Stand in an open area. Make sure you have space to move. - Slowly move your heels off the ground, while on your tiptoes. - Hold this position and squeeze your calf muscles for approximately 4 seconds. - Relax your legs and repeat steps again. 6.
