wada sez: The Circle is a nightclub established in Spotlight: Blurr; a comment on the Seeds of Deception account implies Villa independently came up with the name and this is actually an unrelated location. On the wall, there’s a bas-relief of an “ancient Prime”; see below for a full-size version of that, along with Villa’s usual Italian translation.

wada sez: For whatever reason, after appearing in the earlier Mosaic strip “Replacement”, Shockwave’s Action Master partner Fistfight became something of a running joke for the Seeds of Deception team. wada sez: The concluding entry in the trilogy told across “Dark Auspices” and “Evening The Odds”. With Blaster’s appearance here, we note that Maccagni has been drawing these characters with a more feminine appearance than normal. On deviantART, one of the project leads (presumably Villa) commented, “It's Marco's style...he likes to make the Transformers look less genderless, even if in this continuity they are genderless.” See below for clean colors and the Italian translation.

wada sez: Basically, this strip is one of many Seeds of Deception stories that exists entirely to reconcile inconsistencies between The War Within and Furman’s later IDW work; in this case, the prevalence of combiner teams in The War Within versus the near-total absence of combiners in IDW. Turns out, everyone forgot! See the original annotations at the link above for more specific details beyond that.
