Now that I've started DDV: Rift in Time, can I be petty? Please?

Nothing about the game, just the DESIGN OF THAT WAND. It's cool. Love it.

...I had something like it for an RP character of mine back in 2012 (maybe earlier? Earliest DA drawing was 2012 and I don't have my external HDDs to look back if I had others right now). EITHER WAY.

I designed the character Asura, Embodiment of Time's staff with an hourglass inside the planetary atom thinking it'd be unique and cool... Even wanted to make it in real life with metal and glass at one point.

NOT saying Disney copied me, never saying that. Just a 'aww man, back to drawing board,' for me now LOL.

18 year olds saying under 16s dni is fucking weird. my brother in christ you could be classmates. wtf will you do if you're assigned to work on the same school project like. will you just not communicate with the rest of your group??? you're in each other's peer groups you're in the same CLASSROOM. why are children being weird about being perceived around other children???

My ex is NOT coming to my brothers wedding!!! He’s good friends with the bride (and I was ok with him being invited) but he’s too busy at his military post in Alaska.

After being with @laughterliberator I realize that I stayed wayyyyyyy too long in that relationship and put up with way too much. and while he wasn’t a bad person, I’m so glad that I might never have to see him again or relive all the things that happened while I was with him. I’m so relieved 😅

god this ancient languages guy on tiktok is so annoying. literally has the smugest attitude while also speaking ancient greek with the most english accent ever and getting mad when people point out how unnatural he sounds.

I am salty about this so lemme rant uh-

imagine getting flagged for spam by sending messages in a game where the main form of communication is through spam

like brugh lemme advertise my shitty little trade offer like everyone else does, if anyone has ever been in the creatures of sonaria trade realm before they should know that the pacing there is an eldritch nightmare

and sure sometimes I may get a tiny bit more extreme than others but even then why don't people just.. idk.. speak to me directly and just say to maybe slow down a bit? instead of reporting my wholeass account for spamming in a server where everyone else spams and therefore risking any and all contents stored within my shitty account?

idk man like how is anyone supposed to like bring attention to any possible trades if the message gets Instantly drowned out by 300 other messages from people spamming the chat?

Another more personal reason I hate capitalism is it kept me away from summers spent in the countryside of Dominican Republic where my mom’s side of the family’s from. I could have learned so much about my culture and had hands on farming experience because a lot of my family there are subsistence farmers. I’m genuinely upset.

And just talked to my tío, if I want to visit my dad’s side I could have expected the same from Puerto Rico.

My grudge against capitalism has only increased. I could have made so many cow friends but no. I was robbed.

first world pet peeve, but i love it when people go on and on about “lost” media and their definition of “lost” just turns out to be “we the public know it exists but do not have it in our possession.” like, oh gawd i don’t have the first episode of inuyasha in my apartment, i guess it must be lost media now :0

you wanna talk about lost media? let’s talk about the decades worth of tv we no longer have because bigwigs didn’t see any profit in holding on to the recordings. because hey, videotape is expensive, we can’t afford to hold on to that stuff forever now!  loads of media with cultural significance and meaning in their moment, just *gone.* those recordings we don’t have publicly? those could, and maybe even will, turn up one day! but there’s so much more that we have about a snowman’s chance in hell of ever seeing again, and that... *that* is the real loss.
