Hii I hope you've been well I have a quest for Eric newlon. I don't really know if you do these type of fanfics but at the beginning of the movie it mentions that Eric's divorced and I was wondering if you could write a fic about him having a daughter from his previous marriage who's in high school and she finds out that he's John Carver and then he proceeds to calm her down and makes her swear not tell others his "little" secret You know the good old father-daughter hurt/comfort
(ps I was maybe wondering if she could have been bullied by the one egotistic jock in the main friend group from the movie)
If you want you can change anything about this ask I hope you have a good day/night Don't forget to drink and eat plenty of food (•‿•)
((I love this ask!! It's technically my first request and it's such a sweet concept, I love stuff like this and I've never written a familial slasher fic like this! I hope you enjoy and that I fulfilled your request well!! <3 "Dad?" Her voice quivered. She stared at the man, the man she knew as her father, her safety, her hero, holding an axe down by his side, dripping with blood and something more. She was going to be sick. The man had been wearing a mask, chasing the both of them, but she had gotten away. She had gotten away a little too easily.
She had turned back for the other person once she realized just how far away she'd gotten. They'd turned down a different hall and the man had not even tried to chase her.
By the time she'd caught back up, all she could hear were eardrum-piercing screams filling the halls of the empty school and she came up on the scene of the crime, a man in black, adorned with a hat, holding an axe and standing over the dead body of a girl she'd only ever met in situations she'd rather not have been in. In her hands, the mask the man was wearing. She could see the side of his face as she approached and he didn't deny it when she called him her father, but he didn't answer either, head hanging in what appeared to be shame.
"Daddy?" She repeated with a watery voice, feeling small, hurt. Like a wounded animal. Her father was the man responsible for the killings in town. He turned to her, pain in his eyes as he approached.
"Now, sweetheart, listen," he began, holding his gloved hands up to her in surrender, "Have I ever given you a reason not to hear me out?"
She stared at him in disbelief, backing away from him, jumping as he dropped the viscera covered axe on the ground.
"How could you?"
"How could I? How could they? First, they hurt my little girl. Then, they hurt this town. What was I supposed to do?" Eric asked, looking at her as if there was no other choice. She stopped backing away.
"This is about me?"
"I'd be lying if I said it wasn't, kiddo," he said warmly, taking a step forward, "I- I'm sorry it has to be this way, I am- But you can't tell anybody. Anybody. Promise me."
She stared at him, again in disbelief. She wasn't sure if it was at the implication that she'd betray him or at the implication that she shouldn't. Eric pulled his little girl into a hug, careful not to get any of his violent crime on her in the process. She stared into space, soon crying into his shoulder as the shock wore off and the reality of the situation set in.
"Sh... Sh, Sh, Sh, dad's got you," he comforted, rubbing her back, "Dad's never gonna let anything happen to you again."
