❤️Happy Valentine’s Day!! ❤️ 🥰😍😘 I hope you had a great Valentine’s Day, mine has been. My dad gave me a stuffed lion, I’ve named him Simba, a balloon, and a big bag of gummy bears (I told him I was a little chocolated out lol). I had Pf. Changs Beef & Broccoli for dinner. My sister & I decorated some heart-shaped brownies. (My mom put frosting & sprinkles on one kiss to eat it lol) And of course, @kaikomayo & I had to watch The Devil Wears Prada, it’s a tradition! Even if we have to watch it over Discord. Lol. I also made a bunch of Valentines (no pictures b/c can only post 10 pics lol). And, of course listened yo Taeyeon’s new album, INVU, all day. (No pics again) It’s so good. I love her. I haven’t been to P.F. Chang’s in many years because I remember having a very mediocre experience there before and paying much more than I felt the value warranted.

But alas, the Cheesecake Factory was closed when they were spared to be open so we went across the street to P.F.Chang’s. Being a popular franchise you can of course imagine that the exterior and the interior of the restaurant are well kept, modern and stylish. But what I liked about the atmosphere the most was the music and lighting. It really made it feel authentic and modern at the same time, and set the mood for our dining experience.

Location wise, at the heart of alderwood mall, but not close to the food court so it didn’t feel cheapened. Lots of free parking nearby.

Menu was brief, in the fact that it very briefly covered a few important American interpretations of different types of Asian cuisine. Priced above average-average. They do also have a kids menu, however they don’t let strollers into their restaurant and the bathrooms are not as kid friendly. That was a big downside.

I was surprised that the god tasted fresh and was flavorful and the seafood cooked/prepared well. Definitely made me find my memories from my first experience!

I’ll probably come again…for my fourth trip now!
