Fun way to make Kami suffer help Kaminari with his overcharging issue: Make him overcharged for some reason and then have him thrown calmly walk (they both work tbh) into a room with rubber walls + flooring. Have his kidnapper helper lock the door and leave him there for days a couple hours. It was dangerous to have a child running around with little control over his quirk anyways. :)
