Submissions for the Phantom Halloween Writing Contest open in six weeks! Now might be a good time to start thinking about how you're going to get your creep on...
Remember, submissions will be open throughout the month of October, but the earlier you submit, the more people will have time to read it! (And thus the higher chance you will have of winning a prize.)

Are you a fan of the spooky and the supernatural? Does the dark side of the phandom make you shiver with delight?
Are you ready to put the ‘ghost’ back in Opera Ghost and the ‘strange’ in 'strange duet’?
Come and join the 2016 Phantom of the Opera Halloween Writing Contest!
This is an open call for all your dark, your twisted, your morbid, and your horrific. Give us your tragic, gothic, and just plain creepy phanworks!
Inspired by The Scorpion’s Morbid Phic Contests of old, we’ll be awarding a sundry of prizes and awards to the best submissions. In addition, you get the dark delight of filling the phandom with morbidity and horror!
Submissions will open October 1st, and run until October 30th. In the meantime, we shall be giving you the ballet- check back often or follow the tag #phantomhalloween! We’ll be posting regular reminders as well as all kinds of morbid inspirations to get your blood flowing.
