Hello, loves! So there’s quite a number of things we’d like to inform you all about, & while the photo above pretty much encapsulates the main points, please do still read this post to completion!
First off, the pages on the main have yet to be updated, & we do apologize for the inconvenience that has caused. Both admins are college students & we are trying to accommodate as many admin duties as our schedules will allow. But we have noticed everyone’s patience the past week, & for that we are extremely grateful! In relation to that, because of our conflicting responsibilities, the previous four-day activity limit has been dissolved. The activity limit is now 6 days with a 48-hour redemption period. Of course, this doesn’t mean that you only need to post once every six days in order to be considered active; we will still monitor your threads & overall activity, & expect them to be to our satisfaction. But it does mean that conducting an activity check isn’t too demanding of the admin team, which means more available time for us to tend to our characters & the act of roleplaying.
Second thing on the agenda: opening! We have been regretfully inconsistent with this, but it really will happen, we swear! On the 30th of June, at 11pm GMT+8, in character interactions may officially begin. We’ve also decided to allow the remaining character accounts that we’re currently waiting for to have until then to be sent in. Everyone is free to start plotting already, & the first task will also be released in time for opening for good measure. Links to the OOC chat have already been distributed, but if you failed to receive it, please let us know!
So that new members may join in time for the fun, the next round of acceptances will be held on the 29th of June at 11pm GMT+8, twenty-four hours before the group opens. There are currently 3 open skeletons (Gymnopedie, Mona Lisa, & Swan Lake), & it would be an absolute treat to have them around for opening!
Lastly, as mentioned earlier, both admins are college students, one being full-time. This may be a small group, but we would be kidding ourselves if we said we didn’t need the extra pair of hands, so we humbly invite anyone who may spare some time & is interested to run the group with us to fill the form under the cut & apply to be a part of the admin team! We’d really like to provide our members with the best possible service & create a long-lasting, creative environment, & we unfortunately have been struggling to do that the past couple of weeks, so we hope that by expanding the team, we’ll be able to do just that! Please keep in mind that this may be a demanding position, & we wouldn’t want it to be a source of stress for you, so please only apply if you’re 1000% dedicated.
Phew, we finally got to the end of it! We understand that there’s a lot going on at the moment, but we are doing our best to cater to everyone, & just try to get things to run smoothly. Thank you for reading & that’s all for now!
