All the concept busts for the Phantom Theater Opening Nightmare animatronics (cropped into the best quality I can get). From my personal opinion, there’s a few redesigns I think are questionable, but the actual figures Maestro and Larry look better than the mockup so I hope it pertains to the others as well.

Also the ones highlighted yellow have facial movements that’s my working theory

It’s the Usher/No Legs Larry!! He appeared twice during the attraction, and was suspended by an arm to give the illusion of floatation. He’s become a fan-favorite, especially after his role in the Phantom Theater Encore show. Through my research, I don’t think he was ever referred to as “Larry” before the show, but I could be wrong about that.
