What they've heard was just the other side. They didn't bother to ask for my thoughts and feelings. Then they believed the other side was truth without righteous judgement. Thus, I was judge without hearing my words. I'm sick of this. As always.

Just have an attack!

My pillow was just being wet with the water coming from eyes. It was full of emotions... disappointments... frustrations... hurts... Until I can't cry enough so my heart shrivels and rips, till I can't barely breathe! The water from my eyes continuously flow. I can't really breath nor utter a single hum. I was grasping for air as my limbs are shaking. I was just reminded on how to stop this. I know for a fact that I need to calm down. I forgot.. That having a strong feeling or emotions is not good for me as it will lead to an attack. I really need a friend. A family.
