These little darlings in love and so soft and so supportive of each other and just so sweet.
Just two of the softest boys out right now, a ghost and the boy who can see him, touch him, love him, tease him, comfort him and knows that, no matter what time they may have, they will have it together.
Bonus: The tickle fight!
The way Phat knows that this part of his story has an ending, that this love is temporary, but that doesn't stop him at all because he loves Phob right now and right here and he wants to love him and to be loved and to have that love for every moment he can.
I do love that Phob and Phat just went 'yep, we like each other and we're boyfriends!' without any agonizing and no arguing and no huge discussions. They like each other, they want to be together and now they're together. They have a time limit and they're not gonna waste a second.
Phat literally outting himself as bi AND as having a ghost for a boyfriend in a five minute span to his mother who can't see ghosts is literally the most darling himbo coming out ever and I cannot even handle it. Like, this is a single braincell firing kind of coming out but I love him for it.
Phob sitting in the audience of a show dedicated to him, sitting and watching someone he should know act out a show he should know and not know any of it, not remember any of it, not have the meaning he wants and needs and slowly, slowly, seeing himself in the show and his own memories and his own past in those moments, remembering who he was before his life was taken from him and before he lost everything and to find the place his nightmares come from and to find the place he has to go after all of this.
I absolutely adore Phob. He's just this little goofy trickster trying to make the best of what's left of what he's got and get some help and still have a little fun in the process when there's nothing else for him to do. He's just do adorable. I am lost.
Phat so desperately wants Phob to trust him, to tell him everything, to know everything about him, to have the chance to know everything about him, to be able to protect him and comfort like he failed to do in his dream. And that want lead him to holding Phob to an unreachable expectation of perfection and that lead to Phat leaving him alone in anger.
