It’s been a long time since I have done an hour on the #concept2skierg but absolutely loved the session. Pulling my strongest and feeling my most comfortable. I have found it amazing how as long as you keep training the body never forgets. In the last few months I haven’t spent more than 20min on the #skierg once or twice a week, if I have been lucky. But have spent a lot of time focusing on other training. Today was my fastest and strongest hour on the machine. #crosstraining does work. .
