remember that episode in season 1 when Coulson says that “may wasn’t always like this” before Bahrain? And then later when may sorts through some of her ahem, emotional trauma, internalised guilt, she pulls a PRANK on fitz? And no one knows who did it but may smiles from the cockpit?

and now I feel so cheated??? that we didn’t have more prank!fun!melinda may,, because it would have been an Amazing way to show that she’s dealt with her trauma, she can laugh again, she feels secure and safe with the people she’s with. imagine the comedy. she switches coulson’s shaving cream for whipped cream, she switches salt and sugar shakers so fitz’s first black coffee of the day tastes like a fine “what the hell”, she puts honey on one of the meeting chairs and Coulson cusses her until he starts laughing,,,,, we were really robbed of happy!may
