Mack does a bit on everyone in shield by referring to anyone with fitz as ‘fitz+(lastname)’ because people would to refer to jemma and him as Fitzsimmons and never actually say or credit Jemma so fitzjohnson fitzmelida fitzfitz (him with deke) but when jemma and fitz where in a room it would be Jemma and Leo to confuse everyone so new recruits learned fast to call them Dr Fitz and Dr Simmons and not Dr Fitzsimmons
