Radiosondes, Phoenix One/Two, and mind control

This is a radiosonde - an instrument for recording atmospheric pressure, cosmic rays, and geographical position by measuring parameters and transmitting them via radio to a ground receiver. However, it was also part of a secret government project called Phoenix One.

Radiosondes used a very unusual pulse modulation, which turned out to be a very efficient conversion of electrical energy to etheric energy. The government started launching 200-500 radiosondes per day, and began using them as weather control devices, rather than simple monitoring tools. It was eventually found that by controlling atmospheric energies and producing certain chemicals in the atmosphere of any given location, the radiosonde could be used effectively for mind control.

The military loved the idea, and let them use the Montauk Air Force Base for the project. They found out that by varying the phase modulation and the frequency hopping, they could have profound effects on a person's mind. Though this was eventually shut down, those affected by the experiments are not known. However, a followup project was promptly started afterward, called Phoenix Two, about which less is known, except that it was mostly paid for by Nazi gold that was found after World War II and that the homeless and the mentally ill were among the primary test subjects.

First nothing, then all at once

Last year ended with Matt and I just starting out together and a lot of my relationships with friends and family on rocky ground.

Fast forward to now, almost a month later and things have drastically changed. Matt and myself were both asked to be college YoungLife leaders on campus at GCU which was a huge prayer answered because I felt God wanted me on the frontlines of furthering His kingdom and Younglife is the front of the charge to bring college aged students to Christ. It is going to challenge us both to dig deeper within ourselves to be leaders and break out and talk to people and live life with them, while also challenging us in our relationship with each other. Keeping God the center of our relationship is something we are very aware of, as well as growing together, so I pray that this leadership experience will help us grow in Him. 

Also, I have started to see where I wet wrong last year with relationships with friends. I was selfish, close minded, and very uncaring about those around me and I didn't make an effort because I was so focused on myself, my roommates, and the tiny group of friends on campus that have become my family. Yet even those people I didn't try and cultivate relationships because I was focused on work or YL. After studying the word daily and praying about it, and even after going through YL leader training bootcamp I see the error of my ways. I wasn't living a relational life with all those around me, only a select few. That was wrong and I am changing now. YL is helping with that too because it is forcing me to talk to people and learn about them and take them and walk with them in life and meet them where they are. Everything about them is important, even if I don't see them very often. Relationships are a two way street and sometimes it's hard to see that. 

I started also thinking lately about what this year is going to look like with all that is going on and I believe that it's going to be a year spent expanding His kingdom and sharing his gospel to everyone I meet, not just in words, but in actions as well. I want to work summer staff at a YL summer camp, get involved with volunteering at Phoenix One to reach te people living in Phoenix and the greater Phoenix area and worship with them and change the dynamic of the valley. God is calling Phoenix and the rest of the valley to be the city of the hill and He sees how crazy it would be is this downtrodden and corrupt city can become a light and example for the rest of the state and the country of what the power of God's love can do. In Phoenix slavery is so prominent, homelessness is rampant, the enemy has drug and alcohol addictions everywhere and we aren't doing enough to fix it, we just kind of acknowledge that it is there and sweep it under the rug. I am tired of doing that and with Phoenix One, the local churches, YL, GCU, and prayer; we are going to bring a light to this darkened city. 

I am so excited to see where God leads me this year, I am giving all of myself to him; all my time, my energy, my whole being. He can drain me and use me for his will, I give it all to him willingly. I want to emptied so as to be filled with Him alone.
