#phone error

I am really scared. I got a text notification so I picked up my phone to look at it, and then i realized while i was reading the preview text, i could hear something...  so i held the phone up to my ear, and it was playing back a recording of myself talking from 6 hours ago. No apps were open. I wasn’t even fully in my phone. I went into the phone to see if i had left an app up but no... Is someone recording me. or  is it a phone glitch?
