In this photo, farm workers kneel during Mass at a migrant camp in Malaga, Washington. Since most of the workers don’t have vehicles to get to Mass on Sunday, Bishop Tyson of the Diocese of Yakima created a Migrant Ministry program to help “bring the Mass to the people” with weekday evening services at the camps.

Groupama skippered by (FRA) Franck Cammas on leg 8 Lisbon to Lorient of the 2011-12 Volvo Ocean Race. The Volvo 70 is just shredding through the Atlantic swells at 40knts to take the overall win. Thanks Thierry Leygnnac @bretagne_helico for some phenomenal flying. This is a similar stretch of water to where the current Volvo boats are sailing in the 2017-18 race. 48 hours from the finish, Groupama’s mainsail got jammed at the top of the mast, just as they were trying to reef down. Their kiwi bowman Brad Marsh took one for the team and climbed to the top of the 31-metre mast three times to effect repairs. One of my favourite images of the race.
