Asked what they liked about physical stores, 74 percent said a curated experience with limited products and 86 percent said exclusive deals and giveaways. These studies show that physical retail is still a huge force, even among the younger, more tech-advanced population. According to ATKearney, this generation’s importance will keep growing over the next 50 years.
