im trying so hard to eat enough protein so i don't lose too much muscle but it's so hardddd like i don't eat meat and i never will, and i try to avoid dairy (soy as a replacement works great for me), eggs gross me out, i usually eat fish but for some reason it's also starting to gross me out (had some salmon and it made me wanna barf), every vegan protein powder i've tried tastes disgusting... i can only eat so much tofu and lentils.... i'm probably just gonna have to start buying whey protein again 🫠
