I would think Abaca's Sisig would be quite pricey because they are a James Beard Award Nominated Restaurant. But I guess it's going to be worth it no matter what the price.

Won-pok Choi, also known as second mother, and Hak Ja Han are in the positions of Leah and Rachel, according to Moon. This ceremony may be to liberate or mobilize spirits, or it may be to ask for many children, since pigs have many piglets.
In the Bible the pig is described as an unclean animal. Moon’s shaman practises go against the teachings of Christianity, and yet Sun Myung Moon claims to be a Christian messiah.
In shaman rituals often three bows are offered.
His birth name was Moon Yong-myung 文龍明. Yong means dragon. He started using a different name – Sun Myung Moon – in Pyongyang in 1946 or 47 because the Christians were commenting on the meaning of Yong in his name.
