The struggle. It’s real.

sucks! :(
Indeed. :( I think I’m ready for summer to be over. :’D

kinda understand, mine just broke now :(
it.is.soo.annoying.when.it.overheats.like.hell like ftw dude? it' an old game? IT'S NOT LIKE I'M PLAYING TS3 >:(
I had 2 buy a cooling mat *specially 4 playing ts2* A COOLING MAT >:$ CAN U BELIEVE?!
Nooooes, I’m so sorry to hear that! :( And yeah, it’s really annoying when our damn machines overheat so much, especially when it’s from doing something as innocent as playing TS2. Like dammit PC, it’s a 12-years-old game, get your act together. But I’d say that the cooling mat you got was a good investment either way! :)

How did you get your CPU to 100C playing TS2??? TS2 barely touches a modern CPU! You need to clean your heatsink :P
Well, I don’t call my rig “old tin can” for nothing! :P Joke aside, the case could definitely use some dedusting. Although, I’ve discovered that the main culprits here are the poor airflow around my case and the stifling hot weather we’re having. Put those two together, and you get some impressive overheating as illustrated in my pic. The good news is, I’ve found a solid workaround for it: I just have to create some draft and move the case to where the air can reach it, and voilà! The downside of said setup is that the case is in a rather odd place (right under my feet, to be more precise), but if that’s what it takes to stop the damn thing from catching fire, I’m all for it.

Yeah my laptop is burning up too, I totally get you, we're under 40ºC weather *pats fan pointed at laptop*
40ºC in June?! Yikes!! D: And here I was thinking that our 30+ºC were bad enough... how are you and your laptop even alive under those inhumane conditions? D: *sends all the ice cubes to you*
@dramallamadingdang replied to your photoset: Simming-in-summer-be-like
Yowch! Is that a laptop or a PC?
It’s a PC that apparently doubles as a stone oven in its free time. Anyone’s got some pizza dough they need cooked?
@bluerubberbear replied to your photoset: Randomized-album-meme
xD LOL, i'm soo doing it later. the first song of your album should be a cover of ''Human Fly'' by Hanni El Khatib :D
Buahahahahahaha, that’d be perfect! xD And make it a cover on a weird instrument like a xylophone or a kazoo or something. Judging by the randomized cover I got, my band looks like it’d play some odd experimental music anyway, so what the hell! :D

Oooh, that webcomic thingy looks interesting, definitely going to check it out! *O* Also lol, looks like I'm not the only one with little to no knowledge about musicals ò___ò
The comic is adorable so yeeesss, absolutely check it out (if you haven’t already, that is! :D In which case, I’d love to hear your impressions!) And lol, yep, I’m not a huge fan of musicals either, so you’re definitely not alone there. u___u

I love how in the first pic it looks like the fireball is coming out of the gorgon's mouth. Lovely pics!
Just a lucky coincidence, but it ended up looking pretty cool nonetheless! :D

this is great.
Thank you! ^^ Olive is certainly a photogenic one, don’t you agree?

I’m in love with your version of her…
Happy to hear it! ^____^ I’ll admit that I get quite tempted at times to tweak Olive and give her a more vixen-y appearance, but her current ‘modest classic beauty’ look befits her so well that I can never bring myself to change anything about it. Why try to fix something that isn’t broken, right?

Oh, it's definitely worth it! Gorgeous.
Thank you all, I feel a lot better about this now. ^____^ That surf effect is a pain to work with (why EAxis thought that it’s be a great idea to make the effect visible only after it’s been placed is a mystery to me), but once it is in the right position, it can look pretty awesome!
@bluerubberbear replied to your photoset: Confession-time-ive-spent-an-embarrassing-amount
almost like the good old Age of Empires II :D
Hah, the photoset does have a slight ‘medieval strategy game’ air to it, doesn’t it? :) Hard to tell that those are TS2 screenshots from a first glance! I can never stress enough just how much I love our modding community for all the miracles that they do. <3
