WAPilates Teacher Training student and Apprentice @emilygonsalves getting her final day of practice in, going over all the work, connections and details. Tomorrow is Day 1 of her Practical Exam. She moved to Houston from California and jumped right into the Teacher Training. Seeing all the lightbulb moments as everything built and came together for her was wonderful. Today it was going over Rolling in and out, so many connections from rolling like a ball, spine stretch, tiger stretch, elephant..we could go on right?
