Yes, I am only walking so far. Resisting the urge to overdo has been tough, but for my knees and family history, improving the overall health and strength first is more important for a lifetime habit.
Some benefits I see already, like hauling up a trunk's worth of groceries up a flight of stairs by myself and quickly to avoid the impending thunderstorm.
