"Que veux-dire ce regard ?", me demande-t-elle alors que nous venons de faire l'amour et que je la regarde intensément.
Je lui réponds "J'ai de la chance de voir ce regard jusqu'à ce que la mort nous sépare".
Ce regard, c'était le sien, celui de l'amour, de la jouissance, du bonheur.

Why a few words can have so much impact. For the past couple of months, I met someone and I was truly in awe of her. The way she walked, smiled, and giggled it gave me butterflies. She had this aura where she was radiating with such beauty that I questioned if she knew what she was capable of. We talked, laughed, and had the occasional glance into each other’s eyes. When I spoke to her it felt like we were the only two people in the building. There was a connection we couldn’t deny that. And maybe it’s may fault we don’t speak anymore. I rushed things when she didn’t it to be and spoke when I shouldn’t have. Now when I see her there’s the occasional glance with an unspoken silence. We both want to speak but the words won’t come out our mouths. I’m not sure if she knows this, but when I see her I am still in awe of her, her beauty and her grace. How can you go from having a strong connection to just walking right past me like I won’t notice. I guess sometimes the greatest way to say something is to say nothing at all. But I wonder can we still be friends? Can we talk and smile at each other?
If you are heartbroken ...
