Tryna animate my Rebelle paintings.

It's a little hard, I can't get the colors right when I export to psd. And my reliance on transparent layers shoeing the canvas color makes some parts overlap strangely.

Just because it's a "tradition", doesn't mean it's ok. I find it incredibly appalling that not only are you using that as an excuse, but you're even trying to justify it. BMC truly represents the reprehensible nature of white upper middle-class feminism.

Anon, if you are trying to rile me, CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE. because there is literally nothing that means more to me than bryn mawr traditions. YES they are problematic in a dozen million ways, but I will defend them to the end of the earth because they mean more to me than any accusations of bryn mawr representing "the reprehensible nature of white upper middle-class feminism". I don't deny that in many ways it does, or that you are wrong in your assessment of the use of the word pimp strut to describe a performance. BUT SHITTING IN MY INBOX ISN'T GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT for three reasons:

I graduated in May. I don't participate in hell week anymore.

I love traditions more than life itself, and will defend them to the death, despite the fact that they are problematic.

If you actually want this to change, I was serious about contacting those in charge of running hell week (the hell week committee and the traditions mistresses), and bringing this up with them. They are actually in a position to change something like this if it truly offends you.
