This Spicy Roasted Pineapple and Avocado Bacon Burger is a flavor-packed twist on the classic beef burger. The combination of juicy beef patties, crispy bacon, caramelized pineapple, creamy avocado, and spicy seasoning creates a mouthwatering sensation with every bite.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 slices bacon. 1 avocado, sliced. 4 pineapple rings. 4 hamburger buns. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato for topping.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Put the pineapple rings on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and brush them with the spice mix. In an oven that has already been heated, roast the pineapple rings for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are caramelized and a little charred. Also, cook the bacon slices in a skillet until they are nice and crispy. Take it out of the pan and set it aside. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Cook the burger patties over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. You can lightly toast the hamburger buns in a pan or toaster. Next, put a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun. Then, add a slice of bacon, a roasted pineapple ring, avocado slices, lettuce, and tomato. Place the other half of the bun on top and serve right away.
