Being only 20 miles from Louth our local hotel serves it and it’s especially nice with a good sized lime wedge in it. Tasting notes and info from the website is as follows: Look out for notes of black pepper, cucumber, rose, lavender, liquorice, cinnamon, almond and a flash of citrus. The botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before distillation occurs in a 35-litre alembic still, charmingly named Dotty. ........ You don't need to do a big shop to make a tasty G+T!
