“What can I get you?” Buck asks, wiping a spill on the counter, before flicking the rag back into the sink. When there’s no immediate answer, he glances up, and finds himself staring straight into a pair of big brown eyes that look equal parts startled and lost. Or; Buck’s a bartender at a gay bar, and Eddie’s recently out and blushes far too easily. Buck makes him a drink that matches the pretty pink colour of his cheeks.

Ingredients

3/4 cup evaporated milk

2 cups whole milk

1 cup white chocolate chips

whipped cream (optional)

sprinkles (optional)

red food coloring

Directions

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the evaporated and whole milk to a boil. Be sure to watch it carefully to prevent boiling over.

Take the saucepan off the heat and stir in the white chocolate until it melts completely.

Add red food coloring one drop at a time until you reach a soft pink hue.

Pour into your glass and top with whip cream and sprinkles.

1 oz Cointreau

3/4 oz Lime Juice

3/4 oz Cranberry Juice

"Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge."
